When the utility company Energi Viborg prepares for their board meetings, it is with the meeting tool FirstAgenda Prepare at hand. Publishing an agenda through Publication is incredibly fast and we can immediately see if an agenda has been posted correctly on the website. Before, we could sit for hours waiting for an agenda to come through.

The different features were very appealing, not least the speaker's row, which was similar to what we were used to in the city council chamber, and the digital voting that keeps track of the different members.

Now we have great flexibility and can make corrections right up to the deadline without worrying about whether everyone has received the latest changes.

FirstAgenda Management has made agenda production much more efficient. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and the process flows seamlessly from creating agendas to publishing minutes. At the same time, an agenda can be created in 10 seconds, where previously it could take 10 minutes because the individual items had to be imported from Word.

It's easy to create, delete and restore meetings in Management, and it only gets better the more colleagues we connect to the solution. We have also created meeting templates through Management so that more of our users can quickly start booking new meetings.
