Housing Office Danmark has optimized the board work

Boligkontoret Danmark manages 31,600 homes for 58 housing organizations and 39 other partners - including municipalities and regions.

Boligkontoret Danmark uses FirstAgenda Prepare's meeting software in their boards, and the reception has been very good.

At first, meeting participants had to get used to not bringing paper to meetings, but they quickly realized the benefits of always having the updated documents on their iPad. The solution also allows them to go back and see what was decided at the last meeting.
