In 2019, the Danish Appeals Board switched to using FirstAgenda Prepare for all case areas, and the transition to a digital meeting solution has optimized a number of processes around the meetings.

In addition to the fact that Prepare itself contributes to streamlining workflows, the interaction between existing professional systems - in this case Public 360 - has also been of great importance for working more efficiently

"For our administration at the Danish Appeals Board, it's actually kind of brilliant that there is a direct connection between our professional system and the meeting portal. Instead of having to send meeting material by post, we just press a button and ten minutes later, appointees and caseworkers can read the material on the portal."

"When additional appendices are added to a scheduled meeting, we simply update our professional system and the meeting material is automatically updated in Prepare. Previously, we had to send updated material by post. We also had to do the same if we received a cancellation and needed a new designated meeting participant.
