What data is collected and processed? 

When filling out our form, we process the following information:

Name, email address, region, work title and other information you share with us. 

The data is only processed to the extent that it is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in order to provide our service.

Treatment basis


We only process your data in accordance with applicable legislation, including GDPR. Processing of your personal data is done on the following basis:

  • Based on our legitimate interest, we process the personal data that is necessary for us to fulfill the purpose of the processing. 

Third-party processing 

We use third parties to process your data. This includes external and professional companies, such as suppliers and business partners, who help us deliver and provide our services in the best possible way and handle your data.

 

FirstAgenda process the personal data with secure third parties who are either subject to the same rules or who have entered into similar agreements with the same requirements.

The transfer of your data is done in accordance with the applicable legislation and this policy. Third parties may not use the data for their own purposes and will only process it to the extent on behalf of FirstAgenda The data may be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject and not for longer than is necessary for the purpose.

Purpose of collecting and processing information 

FirstAgenda aims to collect the aforementioned categories of personal data for the purpose of organizing customer events and contact in connection therewith.

FirstAgenda does not make any automated decisions in our processing of your personal data.  

Your rights 

As a user of FirstAgenda, you naturally have all the rights granted to you by applicable law. This includes the right to be informed about what information FirstAgenda collected about you and your use of our solutions, and you can demand that information that FirstAgenda collected about you is corrected or deleted if the information is incomplete or incorrect. Furthermore, the right to data portability also applies, of course.

If personal data is based on consent, it can best be revoked by contacting us directly at the email provided. 

Complaint 

What you need to do to claim your rights is to contact us. The best way to do this is to write to our responsible person via email at Dataprivacy@firstagenda.com.

In addition to the possibility to contact us directly at FirstAgenda via the above email address, you are also entitled to address your complaints to the national supervisory authority: Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. 

Data retention period 

The data is retained for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. Every possible measure is taken to ensure that data that is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is processed is deleted or corrected without undue delay. 

 

FirstAgenda ensures that your data is not stored for longer than necessary. For this, internal deadlines for deletion or periodic review of collected data are in place, depending on the nature and background of the information. We do all this to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
