Sub-data handlers

As stated in the data processing agreement, we use sub-processors to deliver our solution to you in accordance with the subscription agreement between us and you.

2 types of sub-processors

1. Binero, our hosting and IT operations services provider

2. Other providers of secondary operational functions

In addition to ensuring our own handling of personal data, it is also important to us that our partners as sub-processors do the same. Therefore, we only use leading sub-processors who comply with requirements for processing security.

Binero is the sub-processor that processes the primary data you as a customer add to the solution. The other sub-processors provide secondary operational functions and will typically only process limited personal data such as username, email address, IP address and phone number and any other personal data that you choose to add through your active use of the secondary operational functions.

Below is a schematic list of all our sub-processors, including a description of their respective processing, the basis for transfer and a link to the binding agreements we have entered into with each of them.

Binero AB

Gustavslundsvägen 141, 4tr 167 51, Bromma, Stockholm Sweden

Hosting

Binero is used for hosting the solution, including storage and processing of data. Thus, Binero hosts the primary data in the solution.

Support requests

Binero is also used for hosting a support ticketing system and hosting software that can collect error logs and send alerts to the data processor to monitor the performance of the solution.

This processing of data is done according to their standard sub-processor agreement

Inquiries generally only contain a name and an email address. If the inquiry itself contains personal data, this will be processed.

Emails

Ubivox is used to send emails in the solution.

Ubivox is used to send emails regarding product updates and feature releases, and in this connection, the users' names and emails are processed.

Processing takes place in the EU/EEA, where the data processor's solution is hosted in accordance with a separate sub-processor agreement.

Ubivox processes email addresses in order to send the email itself. The content of the email itself is generally without personal data.
